Dr. Whittnee Ponzio

PT, DPT

Dr. Whittnee grew up in the small town of Teague, Texas. She studied Motor Behavior Kinesiology at Texas A&M University, class of 2021 (whoop!), and then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Dr. Whittnee is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, with experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She is also certified in dry needling and incorporates evidence-based techniques to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy. Her goal is to help patients overcome movement dysfunction by improving their strength, mobility, and confidence, empowering them to reach their personal goals.

Faith is the most important thing in Dr. Whittnee’s life, striving to know Jesus and make Him known each day. Being a wife and mother follows right behind; the title of “Posey’s mom” is the best title she’s ever been given! Outside The Clinic

When Dr. Whittnee is not in the clinic, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family, chasing after her daughter, riding horses, or working on her latest embroidery project—her new hobby and definitely still a work in progress!
